I’m Emma, a certified menopause coach with a background in digital leadership, working across complex, high-pressure environments. I understand the realities organisations face, balancing performance, people, and evolving expectations around workplace wellbeing and equality.

Through MFO Coaching, I partner with organisations to design and deliver menopause action plans, workplace training, and manager support that are not only informative but practical and implementable.

My approach combines evidence-based knowledge with real-world organisational experience, ensuring that support is aligned to business priorities, HR strategies, and the needs of your workforce.

Alongside my professional experience, my work is also informed by a personal understanding of menopause and its impact on confidence, performance, and day-to-day working life. This allows me to bring both credibility and empathy to the organisations I support, ensuring solutions are not only practical but reflect the lived experience of employees.
